Mr. Srinivasan Swamy supervises the operations of the company on a regular basis. The company is a professionally managed by a team of technocrats, marketing professionals, architects and a talented team.

A qualified Structural Engineer with MS in Structural Engineering from University of Windsor, Canada with over 40 years of experience in India and overseas. He has been responsible for building 1500 Apartments of 14 Lakhs sq.ft in the two decades he has been associated with Hansa Estates.

Sruti Swamy

Senior Vice President

A seasoned designer and a senior management professional. After her B.Arch she went on to pursue her MS in Spatial design in Milan, Italy and has an MBA from The Indian School of Business. In addition to her aesthetic contribution in the architectural creative realm, her focus is on project management.

Dr.P Sathyanarayanan

Vice President (Finance)

Heading the finance portfolio, he holds MBA (Finance), and a Doctorate in Philosophy in management (Corporate Governance) with over 35 years of experience in India and Overseas. Has been part of Hansa Estates for over two decades.
